Language Requirements

Many Finnish universities offer English instruction. You will need to prove your English proficiency if you are not an eu student or if English wasn’t the language of instruction in the course you attended. To take the TOEFL or IELTS test, you will need to be fluent in English.

Degree programmes that use English as their language of instruction require excellent English language skills. Finnish universities will accept SAT scores to apply for bachelor’s degree programs.  The SAT score required varies depending on the university and the study program.
