  • Slowly raise the hips upwards. Keeping the knees off the ground, raise the legs straight up. Only the toes touch the ground.
  • Keeping the balance, lift the toes while putting the weight of your body on the head and shoulders.
  • Lift the feet off the ground. Maintain balance while keeping the body on the head and shoulders.
  • Bend the knees and slowly move them upwards. Until your feet are visible just above the torso.
  • Now hold the body straight in the same line. Balance while feeling comfortable. Keep control of every situation.
  • Stay in this position for 30 seconds with normal breathing, slowly come back to the position. Do this 3-4 times.

Kapalbhati

  • Kapal means head and Bhati means light/radiance. So do this action regularly.
  • This process is a technique of purification. It cleans the nerves and the brain. It helps to open any type of blockage of the lungs. Tones the digestive system and strengthens the nervous system.
  • Sit in a comfortable posture with your back and neck straight, eyes closed.
  • Exhale forcefully outward, while exhaling, pull the abdominals inward.
  • Come back to the previous position and breathe normally. Repeat this action for five minutes. You can also do this for 10 minutes for best results.

Kunjal Kriya

It helps in removing the defects of Panchana Tantra.

  • Drink one and a half liters of lukewarm water on an empty stomach. Also add a teaspoon of salt to it. Drink until you feel like you are going to vomit.
  • Stand up straight. Bend forward to an 80 degree angle while bending the torso.
  • Now open the mouth and tickle by taking the middle finger and ring finger of the right hand to the inside of the mouth near the throat. So that all the water inside the stomach comes out from the mouth with vomit.
  • Do this until no water comes out.
  • Do this action every other day for best results.
  • Along with these asanas, take care of your diet as well. Along with yoga practice, it is very important to pay attention to the habits related to eating. So what to do, what not to know-

food

  • Eat food in a calm and pleasant environment. Do not talk while eating, do not watch TV and do not study. Pay attention to what you are eating. Enjoy the food and eat it with taste. Do not eat in a hurry. Chew and eat properly. Do not swallow food. If you do this then there will be a problem of indigestion.
  • Eat fresh home cooked food. Eat fresh green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, milk, sprouts, cereals made from whole grains, yoghurt and buttermilk.
  • Avoid over processed things and food. Stay away from spicy-spicy things and junk food. It increases the free radicals in the body, which are harmful for the health of the skin.
  • You can use these face packs daily – Mash a ripe banana with 1-2 teaspoons of honey and apply on the face for 15-20 minutes.
