Michael Sestak Briefly Describes The Major Requirements for getting USA Visa

As per Michael Sestak, To apply for Visa in the USA you must fulfill some requirements the most important of them all is the Documents requirement.

You must provide your current Original passport and all old passports (if any).

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of submission of visa, must contain a minimum of 3 blank pages in the passport. You must provide confirmed return air tickets, filled visa application, 2 recent passport-size color photographs taken against a white background with matte-finish (size 35 mm x 45 mm and 60% – 80% face close-up) Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas, Michael Sestak said.

You must provide a Covering letter mentioning your details, Purpose of visit, Stay duration. The letter must be attested by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to the Visa Officer, Deputy High Commission of the respective country.

You must provide details of Income Tax return of last 3 years, original bank statements in which transactions of last 6 months must be mentioned and this bank statement must be attested by Bank Officials, Details of any kind of investment with proofs, Hotel confirmation.

According to Michael Sestak, some specific documentation are required for specific categories i.e. for employers Salary slips for the last 6 months, Original leave letter from the employer must be provided,

for Self-employed or company owners Certificate of registration of the company / Certificate of Incorporation (MOA / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership)Covering letter on the company letterhead and financial documents must be provided,

for Students Original NOC letter from school/college with ID card copy, Original NOC letter from parents, Income Tax Returns and Bank statements must be provided.

If you are applying for a visa for more than 6 months, you will need to submit your biometric information (fingerprints and a digital photograph was taken at the appropriate application center), Michael Sestak described.

Nationals of several world countries will need to submit the requests for a Tuberculosis Test to be eligible for a USA Visa. Submit a travel plan stating your plan while you stay in the USA.

If you are Under 18 and want to apply for USA Visa you must provide your Birth Certificate, Adoption papers (if required), in case of traveling without your parents(s) you must provide a signed permission letter mentioning details of the accompanied person, copy of the parent(s) or legal guardian’s biographical page of their passport.

Michael Sestak tells that if you are an EU/EEA national, you can use the EU/EEA channel to get your documents checked. You only need your ID or passport. Adults must accompany children from the age of 17 and under. If you are Non-EU/ERA nationals you need to provide a valid Passport, Landing card, Visa (if required) at the USA port of entry.

Innovator, and Start-Up visas, which can be obtained by persons who show that they have exceptional talent or promise in fields of science, humanities, engineering, science, medicine, technology, culture, and arts.

According to Michael Sestak, the U.S. government has recently Visa Applications Under Its New Post-Brexit System which states that Internationals who wish to continue to live in the United Kingdom,

after December 31, 2020, will have to fill an online application, as the post-Brexit points-based visa and immigration system has opened its doors for applicants.
