For a healthy and happy fast in the midst of scorching summer, the following traditional Ramadan drinks will help you to stay hydrated throughout the day.

The month of Ramadan helps you to practice your faith and to make a healthy lifestyle. However, fasting is a component of Ramadan that needs to be doing with proper preparation and care.

When fasting for Ramadan, people don’t eat or drink anything throughout the day except for iftar and suhoor meals. In hot weather like this, fasting could result in dehydration and lack of minerals if you fail to maintain a proper diet.

This is a very easy recipe that can be made quickly for Banana Shake. For a single serving you need 2 bananas for main ingredient of the shake. The nest step is to mix them and blend as well. Now add 1 tsp. of Rose water (optional) if you want it and serve cold. To add more flavors, you can also add 1 tsp. of powdered nuts such as walnuts, or peanuts.
